what is the price match guarantee?

If you find a lower price on an identical item from the listed stores based in the KSA (including shipping and delivery fees), then simply show us the competitor’s current ad with the price in the form of printout or photo on a smartphone, and we will give you the same price.  Items must match the below terms and conditions.

1. “Price Match Guarantee” is applied for all products across all Toys”R”Us & Babies”R”Us stores in KSA only.
2. “Price Match Guarantee” is applicable to both pre and post purchases. In case of post purchase the transaction should not be older than 10 days.
3. The advertised item must be for the same brand model, country of origin, and subject to a manufacturer’s warranty that is applicable in KSA.
4. Policy will be applied on listed stores website prices, all flyer, magazines, newspapers advertisement. The advertisement should not be older than 7 days from validity date.
5. Advertised prices must be in Saudi Riyal, Prices are exclusive of vat (VAT), i.e. before VAT and will be calculated as including all charges applicable (Like home delivery & installation if any).
6. At the time of match, the price for an item must be listed and valid. We reserve the right to verify listed stores advertised price and the availability of the item. If Toys”R”Us is not able to verify the lower price, we may decline the request.
7. Toys”R”Us has the right to change the policy of “Price Match Guarantee” without prior notice.
8. Policy does not apply on the online exclusive offers on Toys”R”Us & Babies”R”Us website.
9.  “Price Match Guarantee” is not applicable during any promotions / sales activity. For example, end of year sale campaign, Saudi national day offer… etc.
    
10. Policy only applies on the attached list of qualified listed stores across KSA.
