What are the exchanging options available?
Toys “R” Us Saudi Arabia always strives to fully satisfy and delight its customers when purchasing its products. However, if you change your mind and are not satisfied with what you have purchased, we are happy to replace the products unless they are used and according to the following conditions:
- Submit the original purchase receipt (invoice) for replacement and refund.
- All exchanged or returned products must be in their original packaging.
- The product will be replaced with a similar one in case of a manufacturing defect.
- Products such as video game systems, game software, computer software, and videotapes, can only be exchanged for the same product on the receipt within 24 hours of the purchase.
- Non-electronic products can be exchanged within 14 days.
- Non-electronic products can be returned within 3 days.
What is your policy to take back a damaged or defective product?
We are happy to return or exchange a defective product, but it must be in its original package and returns within 3 days.
When can I buy from Toys “R” Us online?

Do you have a loyalty program?
Yes, we have a customer loyalty program called "Star Card".
What is the mechanism of the Star Card program?
For every 1 SAR you spend, you will get one star (point). And when you collect 1000 points, you will save 50 SAR from the next purchase or take a gift voucher of the same value. You can obtain Star Card points and use them in all Toys "R" Us stores in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The product I want is out of stock, what should I do?
In the excluded cases when the product is not available in stock, you can leave your information at the customer service office in any of the Toys "R" Us stores, and we will contact you as soon as the requested product arrives.
How can I give feedback about the local Toys "R" Us stores?

Do Star Card points expire if I do not use them?
The Star Card points you get do not expire until you redeem them. Toys "R" Us recommends that you use your points regularly.
